Your account. Your choice.

You can request deletion of your NavoFast account and the personal information associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to NavoFast and open Profile.

  2. Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of the page.

  3. Read the confirmation carefully and follow the instructions shown in your version of the app.

Deleting the app from your device or signing out does not delete your account. Deleting the app or your NAVO account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription or trial. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in the store before deleting your account. You can open the store subscription settings from Profile in the app.

If you cannot use the app

Contact hello@navoapp.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject “Account deletion request”. If you cannot access that address, explain the problem without sending a password.

We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting information.

What deletion means

Account deletion removes access to the account and initiates removal of associated personal information. Information that must be retained for legal obligations, such as applicable purchase records, is treated separately. See the Privacy Policy for retention and rights.

This action is intended to be permanent. Save information you want to keep before confirming deletion.

Health integrations and other services

You can revoke Apple Health or Health Connect permissions through your device settings. Disconnecting an integration, deleting a NAVO account and deleting records held by a separate health service are different actions.
