We started Navo with a simple belief: wellness shouldn’t feel complicated, extreme, or overwhelming.

Too many people are stuck between restrictive diets and quick fixes that don’t last, so we set out to build tools that support balance, consistency, and long-term well-being.

Our first product, NavoFast, is an intermittent fasting app designed to help you build healthier habits through simple, sustainable routines. Built in Finland, NavoFast combines gentle fasting guidance with an inclusive approach that considers hormonal cycles and real-life lifestyles.

But NavoFast is only the beginning.
