Movement

We sit more and move less. Staying active in everyday life matters more than ever.

Exercise does not need to be complicated. Walking, cardio and everyday movement all matter, but we want to highlight resistance training in particular. It supports physical function and builds a foundation for lasting results. Not every workout needs to change how you look or burn as many calories as possible.

Train your whole body, from your feet to your shoulders. Muscular fitness and mobility support posture and movement control. Start by learning compound movements and good technique. You do not need to get everything right straight away, so progress at your own pace without comparing yourself to others. Online tutorials and filming your own exercises can help you improve your technique. Over time, you will get to know your body and notice how regular training affects how you feel.

Training, nutritious food and enough sleep go together. You will gradually notice how eating and recovery affect your workouts and how you feel. You do not need a perfect program. Lasting results come from regular training that you keep up year after year.

In the app, you can log today’s workout or plan your own training program. In Tracking, you can view your workout history, training load and progress, along with insights based on your entries.
